1. About LandED

1.1 These Terms apply to the LandED website at https://landeducation.com.au/mentoring and associated land subdivision mentoring services (“Program”) provided through it.

1.2 The Program is an 8-week group mentorship led by Adam Leach. It includes live group sessions, deal reviews, feasibility tools, frameworks, and access to the LandED Fundamentals course.

1.3 The Program does not provide financial or legal advice, and participation does not constitute a business or investment partnership.

1.4 By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old to register.

2.2 Enrolment is personal to the registrant. Sharing access or materials is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Upon registration, LandED grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to participate in the Program and access associated materials.


3. Program Duration & Access

3.1 The Program runs for 8 consecutive weeks starting from the scheduled cohort start date.

3.2 Access to any bonus content, including the LandED Fundamentals course, remains at LandED’s discretion and may be time-limited.

3.3 Group coaching calls are live and will not be re-conducted for individual absentees. Recordings may be provided at LandED’s discretion.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 Full Programme Fee: $5,499 AUD (discounted from $5,999 AUD).

4.2 Standard Payment Plan: 8 weekly instalments of $749.99 AUD. The first payment is due upon enrolment, with subsequent payments due weekly on the same day of the week.

4.3 Custom Payment Plans: In certain cases, LandED may offer custom payment plans tailored to individual participants. These are subject to prior written agreement and must be honoured in full. By accepting a custom plan, you agree to the specific payment schedule provided to you in writing at the time of enrolment.

4.4 By selecting any payment plan (standard or custom), you agree to complete all instalments regardless of your participation or withdrawal from the Programme.

4.5 Payment is processed securely via third-party platforms. You agree to their respective payment terms.

4.6 By enrolling, you authorise LandED and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the agreed instalments on a recurring basis according to the payment schedule.

4.7 You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and that sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment.

4.8 If a payment fails:

  • You will receive a notice via email, and a reattempt will be made automatically.
  • If payment remains unsuccessful for more than 7 days, your access to the Programme may be suspended.
  • If the outstanding balance is not resolved within 14 days, your account may be referred to a debt collection agency. You may be liable for any additional fees or costs incurred in the recovery of your debt, including administrative fees, collection fees, and legal costs where applicable.

4.9 There are no additional interest charges applied to instalment plans. However, late payment fees may apply if a scheduled payment is missed and not resolved within 7 days.

4.10 You acknowledge and agree that unpaid payments remain your responsibility and that you are contractually obligated to pay the full programme fee once enrolled, regardless of your attendance, completion, or engagement with the Programme.

4.11 Transparency Notice: All payment terms, due dates, responsibilities, and consequences for non-payment are clearly outlined to ensure your full understanding and agreement prior to enrolment.Full Program Fee: $5,499 AUD (discounted from $5,999 AUD).

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 All transactions are final. Due to the nature of the Program, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Missed sessions or inability to attend
  • Change of mind or scheduling conflicts
  • Partial participation or dissatisfaction with outcomes

5.2 By enrolling, you waive any rights to a cooling-off period.

5.3 Chargebacks and payment disputes will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in legal action and removal from the Program.


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All Program content is the intellectual property of LandED.

6.2 Participants may not reproduce, share, or use content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.


7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully and professionally
  • Avoid defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct in group settings
  • Keep session discussions confidential

7.2 LandED reserves the right to remove participants for conduct breaches without refund.


8. Disclaimers and Risk

10. Amendments

10.1 These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.


11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
