Introduce yourself (name, where you’re from, what you do)

1-2 reasons why you took an interest in land subdivision/property development?

I took an interest in property development after seeing the potential opportunities that arise from the property development industry and what lifestyle it can provide.

Explain, briefly, the work you’ve done with Adam?

My work with Adam has included learning the steps in undertaking my own land sub-division, I am also currently working with Adam on finding a development for myself to undertake.

In what ways has the mentoring experience with Adam assisted your pathway/direction into land subdivision development.

Adam has been a significant help and mentor in regards to learning about property development. Without Adam’s mentoring I can confidently say that I would not be able to do a land sub-division and he has helped in so many ways to a point where I can confidently do my very own sub-division.

Can you share a particular moment or piece of advice you’ve received from Adam that has stuck with you?

A significant piece of advice, is to “not get attached”. Meaning to not get attached to any projects in the early stages as this can be your undoing and can lead to large issues.

If you were recommending Adam’s mentoring and expertise to someone, what would you say were the main benefits?

Main benefits from Adam’s mentorship include, creating a significantly large income stream either as a side hustle or full time. Which will provide you with a work-life ratio unmatched to any other career.

What advice would you have for someone thinking about a land development project?

My advice for someone wanting to do a land development is to seek help and guidance from someone like Adam, this will ensure you can undertake your development with confidence that someone who knows what they are doing is helping you along.
